公司現有兩條涂層線，并配備相應的廢水、廢氣處理系統，不僅滿足公司生產、質量需求，而且各項環保數據均通過了環保部門的檢測驗收。2011年涂層線建成投產，重慶西南鋁精密加工有限責任公司成為國內電氣元件用鋁材規?；?、專業化生產基地。

There are two coating lines, equipped with the corresponding waste waterand waste gas treatment system, which not only meets the production andquality requirements of the Company, but also passes the inspection andacceptance of environmental protection departments. In 2011, the coatingline has been constructed and put into production, and Chongqing SWAPrecision Processing Co.Ltd. has became a large-scale and specializedproduction base of aluminum material for electrical components in China.

公司現有CW61125E、CW61 100D等各式車床、刨床、銑床、鋸床，能承接直徑900mm、長度3000mm以內的各種鋁合金件機械加工，完成車、鉆、鏜、鉸、切、鋸、銑、刨等各種工序。300t鍛壓機、箱式加熱爐，承接氧化膜試樣加工。

There are various lathe, planer, milling machineand sawing machine,such as CW61 125E andCW61 100D etc. Company can machine a varietyof aluminum alloy parts within the diameter of900mm and the length of 3000mm， andcomplete lathing, dilling, boring, I reaming,cutting, sawing, milling, planing process. Thereare 300t forging  press, box-type heatingfurnace, which can process oxide film sample.

公司現有鋁帶橫剪設備3套，可實現橫剪厚度0.15- -3mm、寬度350-1 600mm、  長度500-9000mm的不同合金成份的鋁帶橫剪。

There are three sets of cut-to-length equipment foraluminum strip, cut-to-lengthoperation for aluminum stripwith different compositionswith thickness of 0.15~ 3mm,width of 350~ 1600mm andlength of 500~ 9000mm canbe realized currently.

公司于2017年投入防撞梁生產線，防撞梁生產線由鋸切線、五軸加工中心、沖床、彎曲成型設備、自動焊接設備等組成，重慶西南鋁精密加工有限責任公司為國內防撞梁生產基地之一，公司于2019年5月通過了IATF16949汽車質量體系的認證。

Anti-collision beam line has been put into operation in 2017. The anti-collision beam production line is composed of sawcutting line, five-axis machining center, punch press, bending equipment, automatic welding equipment, etc. Chongqing SWAPrecision Die Casting Co. Ltd. is one of the production bases of anti-collision beam in China, and it has passed the certificationof IATF16949 automobile quality system in May 2019.

公司現有4臺縱剪機組，可實現厚度0.08- -3mm、寬度5001400mm、不同合金成份的鋁、鋼帶的高質量縱剪,最大收卷直徑可達中1900mm,公司不斷探索、學習國內外先進縱剪技術，在保留原有剝離環縱剪基礎上改進縱剪方式，實現了壓條剝離縱剪，增加了公司縱剪產品覆蓋面。

The Company has 4 sitting units,thickness 0.08~ 3mm and width 500~1400mm of aluminum strip and steelstrip with various composition can wellbe slit, the maximum diameter of coil isup to Ф 1900mm.
